Inspired by my own pregnancy and birth story, I decided to pursue becoming a doula to support and uplift other birthing persons and their families through their own stories. I am certified through BEST Doula Training and continue to further my birth education through courses and books and other doulas to ensure I will support you how you desire and need.
My philosophy is that through evidence based care and practicing informed consent, you can have your ideal birth and feel empowered and cared through your delivery process and prepared for your postpartum journey.
